Holy shit. I loved ff7 as a kid, and it was an absolute landmark of my childhood, but I absolutely did not expect to be this emotional over the remake. It's all the grandeur, all the wonder, all the vibes that 10 year old me extrapolated from those blocky graphics.
I'm not very far yet, but I've already had to take several breaks just to let myself feel the nostalgia from seeing a character, hearing a track, or fighting a battle. It's incredible
