The part that got me most was the very end, where, after an entire book of accidents and cover-ups, it mentioned a congressional hearing where it was claimed we "haven't done the study yet" re resilience to cyber attacks. Pretty concerning!

This follows a fun sequence throughout the whole book where different people are made aware of the same safety issue and order more and more studies without fixing anything *for two decades*.
