    This will likely get zero attention but is SO important. Bad interactions with gov't programs are extremely disempowering, something I learned from . This is a big deal.

    Government programs can and should deliver better customer service. The Biden admin's new EO to improve customer experience and service delivery will help streamline programs like , , and to improve access, equity, and accuracy.

    Outside of ensuring that people have limited access to homeownership to build further wealth, wealth inequality also helps to ensure that people who might already own homes remain in substandard living conditions because they don’t have excess resources to invest in their homes.
