End cards w/ external links is a feature available to YPP members today but we're working on building out separate eligibility criteria so channels below the threshold can still use it. You’re really making it difficult for people to make content that can help them grow. Subscriber count and view hours SHOULD NOT be indicators of custom thumbnails or end screens. EVERYONE should be able to if they want/can. Very disappointed with the entire thing. & not about $$
