SCOTUS votes 7-2 in favor of New York District Attorney in fight over Trump’s tax returns. However, there are catches. Case will go back to lower court to iron out limits of subpoena. Tax returns furnished to grand jury (and thus not public anyway).

What matters is what is said about absolute immunity. It specifies that the President isn't too busy to respond to criminal proceedings.
