If you want to remove monetization for smaller channels, fine.
But please, allow us to keep other perks - such as end screens and longer videos.
If we are to grow to the point we can monetize, we need to be able to make the best content we possibly can.
I'm almost positive you won't listen to this or care - but this change, for those reasons specifically, will be devastating for my channel and many others.
Perhaps have two separate programs - one where we apply for those perks of end screens and extended videos, and then further on, the partner program. These two things do not need to be integrated.
