    No jail time for NY school bus driver who admitted to raping 14-year-old girl. The judge says the 26-year-old has no prior arrests and there was one victim, so the sentence was appropriate.

    In 38 states, teacher salaries are lower than before the Great Recession. Teachers are paid 24% less than other college graduates. Too often we're hearing stories of teachers working 2 or 3 additional jobs just to get by.
