    Once again, the myth that lights & hi-viz will magically protect cyclists proves to be utter bollocks in the real world. If only there was some kind of test that people had to take to prove they were competent drivers before being allowed on the roads, eh?

    Nearly run over this morning. Despite hi-vis and a bright light a driver turned out of a side road into my path, apparently saw me, hesitated, then drove at me anyway. The road narrowed at that point so I had nowhere to go. Thankfully he then held back but missed me by inches.

    I went to a public tram consultation. Oh. My. God. Anti cyclist, anti pedestrian, anti local business, has missed the point about vehicular/driver behaviour on the walk and is likely to cause significant issues for disabled people in the area using buses

    To the cyclist on George St who deliberately kept trying to ride up the inside of the 22 bus as it was indicating to pull into a stop, then gave the driver the big fist shake - you, sir, are a pillock. You manufactured the situation & put yourself in danger. Grow up.
