Is there an artefact for the paper available? The GitHub link in the paper doesn't seem to work and I am curious about the KLEE setup for binutils.

The approach was invented in 2015 and initially I added it to go-fuzz: https://go-talks.appspot.com/github.com/dvyukov/go-fuzz/slides/go-fuzz.slide#16 … LibFuzzer and syzkaller later just reused the idea. Didn't read the REDQUEEN paper though, maybe that's something different.
