I mean, it's odd that they're in the stands, but here in the USA we call them cheerleaders. How is this weirder than The Wave and 1000 other similar things? I mean, I get that the North Koreans are freaks and it's OK to go "EEW WEIRD" when they do things. But, no. It's not.
