@ktheintz Nope. 10th Amendment. Only Congress can enact a statute federalizing officer homicide. Iffy whether it would be constitutional. -
@kaightcat of course. only meant if he were able to push it thru somehow. Killing a cop already a capital crime in most if not all DP states
