What do we do about the managers, agents, publicists, executive assistants, lawyers & fixers who work really hard to shield & enable these high-profile creeps? Don't tell me they don't know. It is, literally, their job to know.

Understand: an army of people have been promoted, rewarded, made *fortunes*, for how successful they've been at maintaining the protective bubble around these monsters.

The "team" around each of these predators knows what's happening & they're OK with it. So I can't help but wonder: who else are they enabling / protecting? I hope these terrific journalists look closely at the rosters of these managers, agents, publicists, lawyers...

If you're represented by someone who's been actively protecting one of these monsters but you're not a creep, you need to think hard about who you're giving your business to. Your continued relationship is an endorsement of their moral failure.

The bottom line: exposing the monsters (and medium-level creeps too!) is crucial. But we also have to blow-up the architecture around them. The protective bubble is not an abstract idea - it's made of PEOPLE. Most of whom still work in our business.

It's their job to keep it under wraps, too. Many, likely, enable.

Feeling a little better it’s been bloody impossible to get hired in house, but damn this is exhausting.

they'll keep on denying. The Studio Exs prob know as well. Rupert Murdoch must have known about everything that happened at fox news but he'll deny it just like he denied knowing about phone hacking

It's crazy that it was allowed for people to have work meetings in hotel rooms. Normal jobs that's not allowed. To say it was allowed and tolerated in the movie industry is crazy!
