      I dont. I usually aim pracc with much higher sens 3.2 quake/source to learn to control my mouse control better

      Nope, muscle memory only plays a small part once you get used to playing with a mouse. It takes a good aimer nothing to get used to a new sensitivity if you have good mouse control. that is what i am training, a good aimer can control high and low sensitivities.
