I just wanna play \:(/pic.twitter.com/0xqBMURQaN
It's what happens when I try to force high refresh rates (120hz) on an old monitor through HDMI since my gfx doesn't have dvi/vga and the monitor doesn't have displayport for people asking

if it has hdmi 1.2a or older then it does not have data throughput needed for 120hz (4gb/s vs 7 gb/s needed)

You should buy a dvi to displayport adapter then

mira la versión, ya que si tiene más de 3 años lo más probable es que sea 1.2 y no pueda tener 120hz

you need to buy a displayport active to dvi-d. It’s around 120€, anything else won’t work.

Might as well just get another monitor instead, this one is the XL2411Z, the 2411P is the same but has displayport... too bad my XL2546 broke a month ago :(
