      Gotta agree with Ins here. It's no longer QL where the same 3-4 people dominated nearly every event, but we're definitely seeing some consistency emerge. That said, nothing wrong with a fluid scene that changes with the meta.

      3-4 people? :D I mean... QL was dominated by 2 people, Cypher and Rapha, nobody else even came close.

      True that. I was also taking into account the online scene because of how few LANs there were so I included Evil and DaHang as well (although internationally they obviously weren't nearly as dominant as Cypher/Rapha).

      I think you both have points here. Duel results have much higher variance in the current and past metas. I think the wild card is the pts changes. If abilities get nerfed I think the echelons will be more established. 2v2 is hands down more consistent though.
