Just to add: I didn't turn any settings off. There is no setting for "eyes open" on this phone. It is running the latest OS. Maybe this feature will arrive at some point, but that's not what they gave me to review

Google has confirmed to me: this is how Face Unlock will work when the Pixel 4 goes on sale. There will not be a "require eyes to be open" option at launch. #madebygoogle #pixel4
