The joy of being a maker, of sharing your unique creativity with the world is one of the greatest gifts life has to offer. Don’t let life pass you by without finding your outlet.

I often hear teams talk themselves out of “experimentation” because they’re not able to experiment at the scale of a Netflix or AirBnB. They rationalize running a feature factory. This misses the point...to learn faster than your competition, in your context/domain.

Great strategy "Little is the new big… if you can please the masses, they will make noise and the big players will eventually hear about you. So, don’t just treat people with deep pockets kindly, treat everyone the same and truly care about your visitors." - 👏🏻

Digital transformation is ultimately about getting closer to the value proposition any customer wants: solving a problem better than before, with greater convenience, at a lower price. Any digital strategy that doesn’t advance this is just distraction.

Love this 👉🏻 “Listen hard, change fast. For us, this meant constantly looking for improvement and innovating quickly, and letting the customer dictate our focus as a company” -

Didn't imagine the number 1 reason startups fail would be due to "not the right team". Having a diverse team with relevant skills is the ideal scenario, however, hiring an agency/ freelance initially shouldn't be overlooked in the early stages
