Note from the bot-maker: I'm seeing another wave of people targeted by gamergate, 8chan users, etc, because they spoke out about bigotry.
They're starting another wiki to attempt to dox/smear people who spoke against having a white supremacist speak at a tech conference.

But in summary, these are groups deliberately using threats and intimidation to silence political opponents. They're terrorists.

I'm a regular target for these groups, though not a major one. But I have to dedicate time and energy to protecting myself.

It just won't be possible to make it as an independent creator, because the visibility I have as an artist will put me in actual danger.

I'm not a major target. I don't need personal support. But I am part of an environment of artists and activists that's under direct threat.
