Yea so in my admittedly limited research, I can't tell if comicsgate is a hate group as he claims, or just a label applied to anyone who complains about the state of comics today. So I'm not sure how this works.

From what I've heard and can tell CG are the people who wants to put story and character development ahead of politics and agenda, that comics should be a source of entertainment and escapism first and foremost and not be preachy nor forced edutainment. Could be wrong though...
