Curious how people typically react when seeing a homeless or needy person. Im not as skeptical as I used to be, I used to deal with a lot of panhandlers. I'll offer food, and supplies, but never cash. Do you do one of those? Or ignore or insult them? Pls RT for more votes!
I usually offer food/supplies first. If they deny it and ask for cash, I keep moving. But it depends on the situation.
