All the complaining about mailchimp and I keep on going back to they contributed 25% to 401k. That’s huge - anyone ever seen a larger company contribution? Combined with a bull market last 14 years - I’m betting there’s some large 401ks there.

Pretty sure it's 25% of salary in the articles I've read. 25% match kind of lame. Feels like high-end of market is 50-100% match with max of 5-10% employee contribution.

Profit sharing plan puts a bonus up to 19% of your salary into 401k plan each year. In addition to 6% company match for 401k. If you made $75k, Mailchimp matched 401k contributions up to 6% ($4,500) +19% profit sharing ($14,250) for total employer contrib of $18,750.
