But they are. Schufa works weird. It only shows negative entries. And if you don’t have any, it is empty. The only bad quirk: you have to pay the Schufa for a report…or try to get the GDPR compliant one (and wait a bit) and hope the Landlord accepts that.
No negative events is what they’re interested in. The funny thing about Schufa is that all kinds of things are impossible here because of “privacy regulations” but everybody’s fine with this.
