“Truly pathetic” Sources tell me charges were dropped in the case of this 75-year old woman who was dragged by her hair & assaulted in an attempted carjacking in the Richmond in March. I wanted to know why & reached out to Rachel Marshall… (1/4)pic.twitter.com/orB73tb3UJ

Here are our emails. (There are more but I can only post 4 at a time) & by now you get the gist of the back-and-forth. Note: my information is indeed accurate. I reviewed my logs of what I said to the ADA back in March about blurring & they only refer to TV and website video.pic.twitter.com/yPvIsio191

None of those emails answered your question. Keep asking, and call them out on their obvious deflection.

That's correct. In addition, something completely unrelated was brought up-- blurring of social media posts. I have documentation of my conversation between the ADA who requested blurring of the victim's face & car on TV and on the ABC7 website-- not on social.

Seems surprising that they asked for blurring on the website but not social media. Did they actively consent to unblurred social media videos or did they assume “website” meant “online,” including social media use?
