I’m trying to figure out how to send $6000 from my Chase bank account to my wife’s Chase account for our income tax payment and the answer is to either:
- Write a free paper check
- Send $2000 for 3 days through Zelle
- Pay $25 for a wire transfer

Looks like Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank at least offer free SEPA transfers to all private customers https://www.deutsche-bank.de/dam/deutschebank/de/shared/pdf/List-of-Prices-and-Services-Deutsche-Bank-AG.pdf … https://www.commerzbank.de/portal/media/efw-dokumente/preisaushang.pdf …pic.twitter.com/K6Lljyj4IQ

I have 6 different accounts from different banks: I cannot think of any bank who charges or could even hold a single customer if the would. Even accounts are mostly free of charge (but some start negative interest rates with higher deposits)
