If by “tax infra” you mean “tax haven,” I suppose that it works but is also a sign of weakness that we should fix over time. Strong countries don’t need to give money away.

It isn't a spectacular /expansion/, but that's largely because it's in a consolidating industry. The impressive part is that the rest of Europe has lost, Amsterdam has become quite dominant.
