That's a different and totally valid argument (how many shares people are getting out of employee pool vs how much any individual equity stake appreciated/depreciated during a given time period)

There are two discussions here: (1) What is an acceptable dollar difference in compensation between the p90 and p10? (2) And how acceptable is it for that gap to suddenly change because the compensation mix (wage, commission, bonus, stock) is different per role?
