The current law isn’t perfect, but we don’t solve that by giving these big companies a permanent labor regulation exception.
With regards to labor regulation, it’s really the gig companies which are trying to pay less than minimum wage and are asking for government subsidies

The 120% is only for on trip time, which is insanely misleading and bad for drivers. Whether AB5 is terrible or not, we shouldn’t lock in regressive exemptions for such a disruptive industry.
