82k is low income, Jesus Christ, But I guess if your rent is 4K a month you need that money to live, so different up here in Vancouver BC, livings expensive but most make half that and get by here

Yeah, the lack of housing in SF has many knock on effects and one of those is that you just need to pay employees a lot more
