The PM should however:

𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙚 like a COO
𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 like a CMO
𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧 like a CFO

work scope or mandate of employees is what i had in mind. I also thought about the dynamicity of the environment or the amount of change one should process and adapt to. What do you think it should be ?

Makes sense. One can also read it as “CEOs/PMs make unpredictable decisions,” which is a less charitable interpretation
