What’s a great writing and editing tool that saves text files onto disk (or has direct Git integration), generates clean html, and exports pdf/epub/mobi?
I’m writing a technical document with sections, diagrams, links, footnotes, and some math. Would want one pipeline to convert version controlled plain text to a single semantic html5 page, a pdf booklet, and a Kindle ebook I can sell on Amazon. Preferably through GitHub Actions

I really like Gatsby with markdown (static site generator, but possible to endlessly customize): https://www.gatsbyjs.org/docs/adding-markdown-pages/ …. For the pdf/kindle etc it might be interesting to look at https://pandoc.org/ (also does HTML btw). I know books that are written with markdown + pandoc.
