Interactive Brokers has this weird edge case where it allows you to set a password which is too complex and then won’t let you reset it anymore, so you are locked out of your account…

Interactive Brokers also requires phone verification, but their sms don’t arrive, and their identity document upload fails as well. Why are financial institutions so bad at this?

The Interactive Brokers app has a toggle to secure your password (and otherwise it doesn’t??) and literally has a 12 second countdown to log in. You can’t make this stuff uppic.twitter.com/aEIOJuW6vs
