A combination of testing, tracing and isolating should allow for relaxation of the rules, but you need to build that capacity first. Germany is doing it, but barely a word about it in the Netherlands

What’s the approach in NL once the curve flattens? I’m not worried for Sweden at all, but rather fascinated. Speak daily with family and friends and people take precautions and elderly stay indoors. They can restrict themselves sensibly without the government intervening
