Based on my wife’s testing experience and the fact so many with covid never show symptoms, I’m convinced there are exponentially more cases than we know. And we’ll never know because they’ll never get tested.

Obviously back of the envelope, but that’s what PMs do: 348 deaths / 1% case fatality rate = 34,800 cases that should be confirmed 34,800 / 14% confirmation rate = 250,000 total cases in the United States
