I haven’t even complained to them yet about the new Kindle always waking up with the screen turned up at full brightness. I can’t believe anyone at Amazon actually uses this product.

I doubt it, because they had a standard reply ready. But honestly it should have, because waiting 10 seconds for your “book” to wake up is nuts
