What’s the reason @flySFO always has a 1h+ customs/immigration line?
Seems like number of people arriving and average processing time are very predictable, so they should have the ability to plan capacity accordingly.
Other airports don’t have this problem. – at San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

Hi Thijs, sorry for the poor arrival experience. Much of the arrival experience is out of our immediate jurisdiction as
