Unfortunately the best seems to be Chase, which still doesn’t come close to Australian or European standards. What problem are you having with opening? There are some tricks (DM is open)

Foreign passport + social security number + rental agreement/employer letter works too if you go to a branch. Be prepared for signing paperwork for 2 hours though
