Let me rephrase - in a normal environment you can schedule team dinners, regular celebrations. But when everyone is hands on deck scaling for the next week that feels like the last thing you want to do. In which way did you show gratitude to the team and celebrated achievements?

When things were really scaling, I'm not sure I was a good enough manager to recognize value in celebrations like that. Like the technology itself, I too was trying to keep up with the scale. By the time I started scheduling these regularly, things were already large and slow.
