Does anyone know the background to this publication? I haven’t seen any announcements about it, nor can I find any information about the publisher. It’s puzzling.

So I was looking for a PDF copy of Mark Fisher’s thesis (Flatline Constructs, 1999) to print and annotate, and by pure chance I discover that it was published in paperback no more than three weeks ago?!
