Are there any good English-language sources on Hjelmslev’s linguistics? I’d like to read Deleuze & Guattari without getting “form of content” and “substance of content” confused every time they come up.

I heard Ronald Bogue talk about it once in reference to some comments on Foucault/prison/diagram, either in A Thousand Plateaus or Deleuze’s Foucault book, which helped me immensely at the time, but I’m not sure if he’s written on it.
