Daddy in other words, is a gilt-edged opportunity. you can actually get them to understand what poetry is and what it does, using that word, in that body of work. i honestly feel jealous.

those are always the points of leverage though. Daddy is the very point at which you can change their perspective, provided you can make the case for it convincingly enough., and then the poetry comes into focus.
