That’s also why I find u/acc more interesting than the other variants: it rejects their utopian end-states for an ongoing process. Yet it also takes the “There is no alternative” mantra to absurd lengths: at the heart of all acc. is a ceding of the future, not an invention of it.
Ecology remains the blind spot of accelerationism, although some segments of l/acc and u/acc get close in their own ways. I’m waiting for some mad Eco-Guattarian to turn this Deleuzian-Thatcherite ship around. Re-seeding a ceded future!

But why would you want that. I mean humanity or our AI successors at some point should build a dyson sphere and literally dismantle the planets. Earth is just a wet dust spec the path of acc is beyond earth....
