China 2017 Marriage Rate % vs. per capital GDP. Shanghai is dead last, Beijing tenth to last, Guizhou (one of the poorest provinces) tops list. Pretty clear correlation here. The higher the GDP the less marrying happening.pic.twitter.com/E94bC5bFMw

Jiangsu province doesn't fit the trend. That's because that's the only civilized province left in China. Shanghai is inhabited by greedy merchants, Beijing by corrupt monsters, and the rest of the country by idiotic peasants.

Family originates from Yangzhou, once the center of Eastern civilization. I told my Manchurian friend he owed me reparations so he should pay for the meatball spaghetti.

There is a street named after him in Yangzhou and cars there barely move. Then I realized why the Manchus butchered the city.

Yangtze is a low quality city comparing Suzhou, not even mention civilization. the Jiang Su province is made up of peasant mindset except Suzhou, which is old elite city, but not these days too...

Who volunteers to find marriage rates per city inside Jiangsu? Yangzhou indeed arguably peaked in the Tang dynasty.

no need, given the financial repression, it is easy to figure out the overall result.

          我说比较每个城市,来看文化上的差别。搜索范围定在苏南吧,苏北除外。
