Those sperg scientists probably aren't going to pass on their genes anyway. Even if they do have a kid or two they likely won't be as smart as dad. Scientist monks is actually a pretty good idea.

Which is dysgenic as hell. Marrying a scientist to an average girl at least slows down the dysgenic descent. In fact the scientist would like to marry a smart girl, there is assortative mating, just the girl does not want him, but if it was an arranged marr. culture...
