I think we can agree that the Catholic Church as a "reactionary organization" isn't working very well right now. And vowed celibacy under the present culture at least has been a loophole for the worst kind of deviancy. So yes, I'm skeptical.

Plenty of low T nerds do not really want sex, just want to avoid being shamed for being unsuccessful at getting sex. Celibacy is a way out from a game they really suck at, and with dignity.

Those sperg scientists probably aren't going to pass on their genes anyway. Even if they do have a kid or two they likely won't be as smart as dad. Scientist monks is actually a pretty good idea.

Which is dysgenic as hell. Marrying a scientist to an average girl at least slows down the dysgenic descent. In fact the scientist would like to marry a smart girl, there is assortative mating, just the girl does not want him, but if it was an arranged marr. culture...
