Two friends used them both for airbnbs and said it was an amazing decision. Only 18 months in but no issues so far. One said stays warmer than his inground.

Just no. In-ground is way sexier. Keep getting quotes until u hit your target.. An in ground can be had for sub 80k all day long. Keep looking.
