@TeamYouTube I’m trying to a chat with support for TV but have been getting an error for the past 24 hours that “Request failed. Please try again later.” Thoughts?
I tried both of those earlier and still having the issue. It seems random. Happens on some channels. Not others. But always resolves once I choose a quality setting on my own.

Looks like I might have figured out the problem. My Apple TV was running an outdated tvOS. Just updated to the current and seems like we’re back in business on the tv front. Now about not being able to connect to chat support...?
