Eventually I hope teams start figuring out that doing these massive pre- and post-LAN roster shuffles isn't nearly as effective as just finding a decent coach who can teach four people how to work together.
I think it's important to keep in mind that if you are an org, you want your players focused on promoting the brand and playing to their best. Allowing a 3rd party (Coach) to come in and oversee/manage the players while also helping them improve in skill and strategy.

I agree, anyone acting like a baby in professional Esports needs to be re-evaluated However one of the roles of a coach is to maintain a healthy team relationship as well as their player's well-being. I think this is a valuable and important part of the coach/team dynamic
