Eventually I hope teams start figuring out that doing these massive pre- and post-LAN roster shuffles isn't nearly as effective as just finding a decent coach who can teach four people how to work together.

There is a reason why coaching has been adopted in the scene. Also the distinction between coach and analyst needs to be made. Coach encompasses everything from the team's well-being to analysis. Effective team building along with reinforcing a good work ethic is priceless.
