I ran into the same dilemma around a year ago and opted for the SM7B. Have absolutely loved it. I was able to find it a bit cheaper though on eBay from a recording studio that was going out of business. Smoke free environment, mint condition. Can't complain with that.

The RE20 is also pretty massive. A lot of different configs you can run with the SM7B for a more comfortable feel.
