Man, I just want to buy replacement arms for my chair, why must I spend 400 on a new chair when the only thing that is broken are the armrests :(
Depending on the chair you might be able to find the parts on ebay or somewhere else to replace them!

definitely will look into it, just unfortunate the manufacturer doesn't have a replacement for me to purchase, I want to give them money they just won't let me
